With polyurethane moulding, Allrim offers very economical solutions for mass production and detail. Our firm has build numerous partnerships with mechanical components ans special machines for material handling manufacturers, for whom it designs simple or complex moulded parts with or without inserts.
With a machine fleet controlling 2 to 4 mixed components, Allrim can satisfy the most specific needs in terms of moulded parts, even in the fields of paramedic, sports and leisure.
By using the RIM process (Reaction Injection Moulding) in low pressure casting, Allrim realises different parts which can weigh from less than 1 gram up to several kilos.
Allrim is a specialist of thermosetting polyurethanes and manages 4 different but complementary technologies :
- hot elastomers casting with or without inserts,
- rigid structural foam moulding,
- resilient integral skin foam over moulding,
- RIM low pressure injection.

The materials we manufacture cover a large scale of hardness (40 Shore A to 80 Shore D).
