Rigid foam parts

            The skin effect rigid foam has a very advantageous "mechanical resistance / weight" ratio. For that reason, it's used in various applications as cases, shaped parts or floats for carburettors, wastewater.

            It's also adapted to the realisation of light cores to be integrate into composite structures.

            This foam, compatible with small and medium series, can be used complementarily to wood. Therefore, it allows realising massive parts which would be impossible to mould with basic plastic injection.

            In all these applications, Allrim :

                        - selects the most adapted foam for specific needs,
                        - participates to the part designing,
                        - creates the tooling.

            These specail parts, which can appear as simple, are the result of a specific technique allowing the integration of magnets, metallic or plastic (during the foaming process) inserts.
